First I updated to 1.1.4 firmware.
Installed Ziphone 3.0 on PC, click "Jailbreak" option
Adding addtional source "applerepo.com"
Installed "BossPrefs" and "BossTool"
Used "BossTool" to reallocate the existing applications
Then installed the 1.1.4 Springboard patch
